Push Station visited url data using JSON vs Syslog

Station url data is collected today via syslog server messages which has many cons:

- You will need to configure syslog server to receive all “Info” syslog level and above thus creating a lot unwanted log

- Reliability is an issue since syslog relies on UDP

- traffic is not encrypted which could be problematic if you have a centralized syslog server with multiple locations

If we can change the url station to JSON interface (similar to the location API) will solve all the problem above since JSON relies on TCP and can be encrypted. Where the URL data is pushed at some configurable of time configurable. Then we could also add the ability to filter junk urls like .png, .jpf.
